I grew up in Southeastern CT and received my B.S. in Chemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. While working as an Analytical Chemist for Pfizer, I studied Kosho Shorei Ryu Kempo which developed my interest in shiatsu bodywork and massage.
I completed my formal massage therapy training at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 1999 and started a private practice in Ledyard, CT. I am state licensed and fully insured as a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
My wife, Carrie, is not only a world traveller for a pharmaceutical company in Clinical Drug Development, but she is also a super-mom!!! A passionate sports fan, she now enjoys not just cheering on the Celtics, Pats, and Bruins, but our kids' soccer and basketball teams, too!
In my spare time, I enjoy exercising, reading, developing provisional patents, photography, Formula One and sports car racing, roller coasters, watching our kids compete in sports and, of course, playing with our family dog.
